The Upstream Downstream Workshop

The New Mexico Water Dialogue, with support from the Interstate Stream Commission, is facilitating dialogue among several regions in the Rio Grande basin. The Middle Rio Grande Water Assembly is participating along with the regional water planning organizations for Jemez y Sangre and Socorro-Sierra to discuss how each region can implement its own plan within the constraints imposed by the basin as a whole.

Dialogue sessions will be held June 26, August 22, and September 26, 2006.
