Since 2000, Leslie has completed several technical writing projects associated
with water resources. Throughout her career in software development she
wrote user guides and documentation for systems she implemented.
In 2003-2004, Leslie held the technical editing contract for the Middle
Rio Grande Regional Water Plan. With an associate, she edited the chapters
of the plan and posted it along with extensive archives to the Water Assembly
website.
The following are several reports and presentations that Leslie wrote
while in the Water Resources Program:
For her professional project, Leslie developed a workshop and piloted
a workshop about water rights adjudication, Preparing
Water Users in the Lower Rio Grande for Adjudication Through an Informative
Workshop (Kryder, 2009). A presentation
about the workshop is available.
