Mapping

Leslie has made use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) since 2004 when she completed a course in GIS for Hydrology with Dr. Coonrod.

Since that time she has created maps for several projects. The following reports include GIS maps:

• An Analysis of "Greenness" of Parcels that Have Sold Off Water Rights (Kryder, 2006).
• A Field Guide to the Galisteo Basin. Leslie prepared the maps on pages 5-9 of this group project.
• The Trans-Basin Acequias of the Mora Valley, New Mexico (Kryder, 2010). Note the maps on pages 12-17 of this report.
• Map showing general vegetation areas within the San Augstin Plains Basin (HUC 13020208).
