Home Welcome to the Lower Rio Grande Adjudication Ombudsman Program. The ombudsman program has been set up to help water rights holders in the Lower Rio Grande successfully participate in the adjudication process. Experience has shown that many people don't understand the adjudication process and their role in it. We're here to answer questions and help you find the resources you need to assert and protect your water rights. Select any item from the menu at left. Initial work on this project was done as part of an insturction systems design course (OLIT501) at UNM. Notes to ISD class participants: I developed the content for this site, but not the "look and feel." This is a "generic" site just to post content. The whole site will encompass more than is within the scope of the ISD project for class.
